1/2 Cup Oatmeal

1 cup Boiling Water

1/2 cup milk of choice

1 tsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Manuka Honey

Toppings of choice: eg, Cacao Nibs, Dates, Chopped Nuts, Chia Seeds

Steps:

Pour your oats into a cup, and add boiling water. Let sit overnight, or for 10-20 minutes in a pinch to absorb the liquid. When ready to eat, add more water or your milk of choice, and gently bring to a boil. When the pot bubbles, mix the oats and lower heat completely, and cover with a lid. I like to leave the pot a drop open to prevent any bubbling over. Let sit for 10-20 minutes until desired consistency is reached. Add to bowl and drizzle with your favorite cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, Manuka honey or sweetener of choice, and any toppings you like.
